Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe social is a great place to live The community is tight knit but not too big which makes for a peaceful place to live. Super pet friendly and active with their community members The gym area is nice and I love the pool. The apartments are also really great and the one bedroom gives you a TON of space.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI love living at The Social It is a great place for students to call home It has all the essential amenities necessary for a college student and they are easily accessible. The community is in the best location it is quiet which is a huge perk for me and on the Texas State bus route so I never have to worry about being late to class They are also incredibly great about getting your work orders done I got both work orders I requested completed almost immediately, such an awesome staff

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesAmazing community with very welcoming staff. The neighborhood is quiet and everybody is very friendly. The maintenance team is great, and work orders are completed fast. Overall, this complex is outstanding especially considering their affordable rates.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesAmazing quaint townhouses with great people and super dope amenities the area is gorgeous and the bus stop is super close. Its at a perfect spot on craddock I'm able to utilize the gym and run down craddock or go on hikes just down the street. Maintenance and staff are super friendly and always willing to help. Already resigned

While rent is a bit much for a 1 bedroom 1 bath 500 sq ft. apartment in the area, all bills are included so you don't have to worry about setup fees. Staff in the office are helpful and friendly and try really hard to engage with residents. I've definitely enjoyed living here while finishing up my degree.
