Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI love the apartments. I love the parking and the friendly staff. I only rate 4 stars because I have one neighbor who drives a motorcycle and car and takes up multiple parking spaces. He also has multiple Trump flags and a card board cut out. I know the apartments may not be able to do much but, I thought having flags or anything hanging off the balcony or on the patio is against the lease. Either way, I love living here... the neighbors are difficult, though.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesSince the complex was bought out there have been a lot of improvements. I really wish the complex would add in lights around the driveway entrance to the complex as it is difficult to see at night. The rent is high for a single bedroom apartment that is 500 sq ft compared to other complexes on the bus route. Otherwise, the staff are friendly and helpful, office hours have been extended which is really nice, and the new package system is convenient for picking up boxes when the office is closed.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe Social SMTX community is a wonderful place, I love the atmosphere, and the people in it are wonderful as well. The only problem would be that people like to rev their engines while on the road infront of the complex. It's not The Social's fault though
