Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesLove these apartments more than my last one. Has more life to it and a better location. I feel at home. The location is next to a bus to stop and the staff is very informative and friendly. Only problem is maintenance.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe overall changes to the complex since it was bought out in May have been great. My only hope is that they don't increase the rent prices when my renewal time comes up. An increase in rent would not be worth the 500 sq ft single bedroom apartment. Otherwise, it's not a bad community to live in.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThis community was an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. Everything was so beautiful that I felt like I was at a resort. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly also. It offered amenities that most communities did not.

Great communication through email in general and the prorated utilities are hard to beat Parking is good an I'm overall pleased with the way the apartment complex looks and the landscaping is really nice.

I love how I can have guests not worry about getting their car towed even if they stop by to hangout, we have loved the pool area ever since i moved in as well
